Vermont bread

Vermont bread is a classic bread from North America, notable for its unusual flavour and crisp crust. Our bread is baked from wheat flour with the addition of honey, as well as sultanas, nuts and oatmeal for a unique flavour and texture. Ideal for sandwiches, for dips or as an accompaniment to meat dishes and soups.

Ingredients: wheat flour type 750, wholemeal rye flour type 2000, wheat sourdough, water, salt, mixed seeds – sunflower, sesame, poppy, nigella, flaxseed.
