Wheat bread made from 100% wholemeal wheat flour provided by small Polish mills. Characterised by an incredibly thin and crispy crust and soft and moist flesh.
Ingredients: wheat flour type 750, wheat flour type 850, wholemeal wheat flour type 2000, water, wheat sourdough starter, salt.
